Inspired by the legend of the Trojan Horse, Our Offering captures the moment before the fall — a rearing horse, dark and golden, suspended against a churning storm sky. There is beauty here, and danger. Power and deception wrapped in the same form. The Trojans saw a gift. History saw a weapon.

Executed in heavy body acrylics with palette knife, the thick, layered texture of this piece gives the horse an almost sculptural presence — as if it could step off the canvas.
